A conveyor dishwasher moves racks continuously through wash and rinse for high plate volumes that outpace undercounter or pass-through machines. Hobart’s EcoMax class is aimed at schools, canteens, restaurants and food courts that need rack throughput without a full flight-machine footprint. This Elite CES listing is a used Hobart EcoMax conveyor dishwasher. The dealer states left-to-right wash direction, about 110 racks / nearly 2,000 plates per hour, an 82°C rinse for 12 seconds, stainless construction, roughly 220 kg weight, German manufacture, a compact layout and a break tank. Feeder sink and drying exit table are not included. Plan hot water, drain, power and run-out space before collection; Elite quotes a 3-month parts warranty on the PDP.
