Trade questions
Is this the same as a blast chiller?
No. These machines hold product that is already cold. A blast chiller pulls a cooked load down on a timed cycle. That stock is on the used blast chillers page.
What is the Adande drawer for?
A stacked pair of insulated holding drawers for a cook/chill pass. It is not a blast cycle.
Will an under-counter fridge fit a prep line?
The Electrolux under-counter takes gastronorm trays. Call 01780 431112 with the space under the bench and we will confirm the fit.
Are these household fridges?
No. They are commercial refrigeration for a servery, prep line, or cook/chill pass.
