A multi-pan fish-and-chip frying suite keeps several oil pans hot under shared extraction for high-volume chip shops. Hegro high-efficiency ranges recirculate burner heat around the pans so more of the gas input stays in the oil. This Elite CES listing is a used Hegro six-pan gas chip frying suite taken from a franchised chip takeaway. The dealer states natural gas at 84 kW, on-board extraction, recirculation claimed to use about 93% of available energy in the pans, and overall width about 340 cm. Confirm gas supply, flue/extraction interface and floor loading before collection — this is a large suite.
